Our client is actively seeking a motivated and knowledgeable IT Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role, reporting directly to the Program Manager, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing market. The IT Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and implementing IT systems for our client’s U.S. office, providing technical support and solutions to team members. This position offers significant autonomy and excellent growth potential within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve core IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
• Implement IT infrastructure and services essential for company operations
• Administer the Microsoft Office 365 domain and shared resources for the U.S. team
• Configure and maintain office network solutions, including VPN services, to support secure remote access
• Apply security best practices to safeguard IT systems
• Identify and implement improvements in IT processes and systems for enhanced efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field with at least 5 years of IT experience or equivalent combination of education and practical experience
• Proven experience in designing and managing small office networks
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices
• Proficiency in provisioning and managing IT devices and infrastructure
• Preferred certifications: CCNA, Sec+, or equivalent
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate with team members to meet customer deliverables

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000
