Job Title: IT Engineer
Assignment Location: Remote or Onsite (depending on candidate location)
Description of Job Duties:
- Data Validation and Verification: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data during the transition from Visa to Mastercard across multiple workstreams.
- Test Case Development: Create and execute comprehensive test cases to validate data quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Data Mapping and Transformation: Collaborate with data analysts and developers to map and transform data from Visa to Mastercard formats, ensuring seamless integration.
- Defect Identification and Resolution: Identify data quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve defects promptly.
- Automation of Data Quality Checks: Develop and implement automated scripts and tools to continuously monitor and validate data quality.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of data quality processes, test cases, and results. Generate regular reports on data quality metrics and progress.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that all data quality activities comply with regulatory standards and data security policies.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of data quality processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on data quality best practices and tools.
Compensation: $55-$61/hr (full-time)
