Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide Tier 1-3 support for Windows and Mac OS.
Cloud Migration: Assist in migrating digital resources to the cloud.
Hardware Management: Oversee hardware inventory and provisioning.
System Maintenance: Upgrade and maintain Windows and Mac systems.
Remote Support: Set up IT for remote workers, including VPN and remote apps.
User Training: Train staff on new systems and software.
Vendor Coordination: Work with vendors for hardware and software needs.
Security: Ensure compliance with network security protocols.
Ticketing: Use service management tools to resolve support requests.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in IT support with Windows and Mac.
