WHAT YOU’LL DO
The IT Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and maintaining all IT activities and initiatives. This includes but is not limited to onboarding, asset & contract management, renewals, software compliance and billing consolidations.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
- Providing the highest level of support for all IT operations by handling service requests that have been submitted onsite, remotely, over the phone, or via email
- Complete system entry and associated paperwork accurately
- Maintain all software contracts and renewals
- Verify and validate all IT vendor invoices both local and international and provide coding
- Invoice and reconciliation support of adds moves and changes, as well as M&A activity
- Orders and tracks all IT related purchases
- Responsible for onboarding employees and working closely with HR
- Maintain software and non-standard equipment approvals
- Schedule any team functions/meetings needed
- Play an essential role within the IT team and coordinating within each group (Infrastructure, Development & Operations)
- Provide month end inventory report and credit card statement with coding to Finance
- Other job duties as needed
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Haves:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously and display effective prioritization while multitasking
- Ability to work with delivery team with little supervision
- A self-starter capable of working and thinking independently to ensure that deadlines are met
- Excellent structured problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate time management skills with attention to detail
Nice-To-Haves:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two or Four-years’ demonstrated experience working with IT systems administration
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Ticketing systems, Reconciliation, Asset Management
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience interacting with all levels and departments within company, client, and vendors/carriers
- Experience working remotely and being self-directed/self-motivated
