Job Title: IT Contracts Administrator
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Compensation: $18-20/hr
Inceed has partnered with a reputable company to find a skilled IT Contracts Administrator to join their team! The IT Contracts Administrator I will play a key role in supporting the Vendor Contract Management team by ensuring milestones related to contractual negotiations and projects are successfully achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the invoicing workflow using tools such as SAP VIM and ICG Workflo.
- Track and manage contracts, cover sheets, and signatures for pending contracts using products like iCerti.
- Create and monitor purchase requests within SAP.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Prior experience in vendor communication is preferred.
- Proficiency with current technologies and standard business applications such as MS Outlook, Excel, etc., is required.
Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking skills to address business challenges and make informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with management and employees throughout the contract lifecycle.
