Hiring Range: $52,528 - $75,004.80 annually
Salary offers are based on the candidate's equivalent experience and
internal equity with other employees within the same job classification.
The position is not eligible for overtime compensation for all hours
worked over 40 in the designated workweek.

About the Position
The ERP Upgrade Business Systems Analyst will plan, coordinate, and
assist with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system upgrades, system
improvements, and business process improvements, which enable improved
business efficiency and productivity and ensure the ERP system is
operating effectively and as designed. This individual will work
collaboratively with stakeholders and various Subject Matter Experts
(SMEs) to recommend process improvements in conjunction with ERP system
upgrades to ensure the ERP system is working optimally for the County.
Responsibilities include defining process requirements, identifying and
selecting solutions, identifying and communicating system enhancements,
establishing implementation plans, and driving a successful
implementation. Further, this individual assists other County
departments with the promotion of financial and budgetary reporting
through various software applications, including system implementation,
upgrades, and user acceptance testing. The ERP Upgrade Business Systems
Analyst provides the highest level of technical and functional expertise
and works under limited supervision on complex technical assignments.
The ERP Upgrade Business Systems Analyst assists in the daily operations
of the financial systems administration, support, and maintenance. The

expertise and works under limited supervision on complex technical
assignments. The position assists other County departments with the
development of custom reports for ad hoc reporting, training, and
promotion of financial reporting through various software applications.

Job Contributions
Establish ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation
Perform application system analysis to improve efficiencies, eliminate
manual, and time-consuming processes
Identify and communicate system enhancements and recommend process
improvements to stakeholders
Write customized test scripts and configure ERP applications
Perform diagnostic tests and resolve issues to optimize performance for
the test application
Ensure all testing is planned, executed and delivered in accordance ith
County best practices and quality standards, while meeting tight
deadlines
Proactively identify bugs, seek resolution and maintain testing schedule
Prepare development progress updates and document ERP processes
Track quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test
results, and test statuses
Ensure all identified risks from testing are escalated and mitigated
appropriately
Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) with a focus on
strategic testing processes and procedures to enable testing activities
and ensure that County standards and specifications are met
