About the Job

firstPRO is seeking a qualified IT Business Partner for our client, a large organization based out of Pennsylvania. They are seeking someone with experience in Relationship Building, Google Suite, Technology Roadmaps and Program Management.

Job Details:

Compensation: Up to $55/hour with benefits offered (Health, Dental, Vision), Weekly Pay
Type: Contract (9 + months)
100% Remote
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with CIO and business units to align IT strategy with business objectives.
Manage capital forecast, ensuring effective investment pipeline management.
Support customers with cost estimates, and business case development.
Conduct delivery reviews with executive leadership, tailoring programs to business needs.
Develop and enhance communication strategies across executives and key stakeholders.
Direct cross-functional teams to generate and execute technology roadmaps.
Align teams and resources to deliver strategic programs effectively.
Collaborate with IT PMO and Enterprise PMO for streamlined program management.
Maintain IT Scorecard for executive leadership presentations, measuring IT effectiveness as a valued business partner.
Partner with Global Service Delivery reporting team for insightful metrics related to department and company goals.
Liaise with regional, global, and external teams for effective product/program implementation plans.
Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses.

Job Qualifications

Experience in IT strategy development through executive engagement.
Experience in two or more of the following IT functions: Applications, Infrastructure, Operation, Service Delivery.
Proven ability to build relationships across department lines.
Proficiency in Google Suite.
Superior written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with a focus on strong presentation abilities.
Adept at engaging with executives.
