Job Description:

Location: Richmond, VA
Onsite Requirements: 3 days a week
Interview Details: One video interview with 3-4 interviewers for 1-2 hours\\

1. Strong business knowledge with Wholesale Credit products & Client Onboarding/KYC
2. Familiarity with Enterprise data standards and data quality remediation processes
3. General understanding of client data and its usage

• Works independently with minimal supervision
• Effective communication across the organization, both technical (detail) and business (exec summary)

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Develop design solutions, test scenarios, and ensure successful integration into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces.
• Contribute to story refinement/defining requirements.
• Guide the team in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.
• Perform spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.

• Expertise with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with Oracle Exadata or 10g and above
• Agile/scrum team experience for prioritization of work and resource assignments
• Strong team player who can influence and guide the team for success
• Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Good at identifying priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of effort and financial estimation
• Willingness to ask questions and seek assistance as required
