Description
Responsibilities:
- Experience driving project discovery sessions and capturing requirements.
- Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of the Systems Development Life-Cycle (SDLC)
- Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders; identify and understand business needs; write Business
- Requirements Documents.
- Write user stories; facilitate meetings; work with system architects and developers; use agile development
- methodology; participate in sprint planning.
- Create solution context documents, workflows and swim lanes.
- Perform user acceptance testing.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- Develop and maintain standard work documents for Product Development
- Exposure and working knowledge of one or more of these programs- Medicaid, MAGI, CHIP, SNAP, TANF
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or equivalent experience
- 3 + years of experience in business/requirements analysis.
- Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs required (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, evaluation of business processes required
- Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- required.
- Working knowledge of relational databases
- Demonstrated soft skills required.
Working knowledge of state programs. For example:
- Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
- Disability Financial Assistance (DFA)
- Publicly Funded Child Care
- Technical skills, including experience with data layouts and exchanges
- Knowledge of IRS Publication 1075
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and change environments.

- The position is based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Standard work hours will apply - 8am-5pm.
