We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving forward our strategic initiatives within the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP systems, particularly Oracle, and a background in Manufacturing. You will be responsible for the configuration, integration, and maintenance of our IT systems, ensuring the smooth running and security of our technological infrastructure. This full-time, permanent position offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to directly impact our business operations.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these areas.
Configure, integrate, and maintain our Oracle ERP system, ensuring it aligns with our business needs and objectives.
Work collaboratively with various departments, including Manufacturing, to understand their technology needs and implement solutions accordingly.
Oversee our IT infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, efficient, and up-to-date.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to our IT systems, providing technical support where necessary.
Participate in the planning and execution of new projects, providing IT expertise and guidance.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for our IT systems and processes, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in technology, incorporating this knowledge into our IT strategy.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years' experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably within the Construction industry.
Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems, including configuration and integration.
Experience in a Manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments, understanding their technology needs and implementing solutions accordingly.
Proven track record of successfully managing and executing IT projects.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and advancements in technology.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, without compromising on quality.
Self-motivated, with a passion for technology and a drive to constantly improve and innovate.
