Job Description:
Technical and Domain Expertise
1. eCommerce Knowledge
o Understanding of eCommerce platforms, customer journeys, and business models (e.g., B2B, B2C, or D2C).
o Familiarity with eCommerce features such as product catalogs, cart and checkout processes, payment gateways, promotions, and user account management.
o Experience with platforms like SAP Commerce (Hybris) or similar is a plus.
2. Requirements Gathering
o Experience in capturing, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for eCommerce projects.
o Ability to identify and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
3. Process Mapping
o Proficiency in process mapping tools to document workflows, business processes, and user flows.
Documentation Skills
1. Business Requirements Documentation (BRD)
o Expertise in drafting clear and concise BRDs, including business objectives, scope, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
2. Functional and Technical Specifications
o Ability to create detailed functional requirement documents (FRDs) and collaborate with technical teams to draft technical specifications.
3. User Stories and Use Cases
o Writing user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria for development teams.
o Crafting use cases and scenarios to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
4. Test case/scripts
o Experience in creating test cases/scripts.

Experience working closely with developers, QA teams, and product owners.
Data Analysis
Ability to analyze data to identify trends, gaps, or opportunities for optimization in eCommerce operations.
