IT Business Analyst - Creative Financial Staffing

Position Summary: Join our dynamic team to support key banking applications such as Director, Navigator, and other essential software applications. As an IT Business Analyst, you'll not only provide Business Intelligence reporting and identify process improvement opportunities but also assist in maintaining our ATM and ITM infrastructure.

Location: 100% onsite in Fulton County, Ohio (no sponsorship or relocation assistance)

Objectives of This Role:

• Serve as a crucial liaison between business stakeholders and implementation teams, ensuring technical solutions meet business needs.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Integration Manager to develop and integrate system projects.

• Work with assigned business units and technical experts to deliver software application enhancements that address business requirements.

• Partner with stakeholders to design and ensure effective business intelligence reports.

• Utilize your sales training skills to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality control of business intelligence reports.

• Provide system support by understanding core systems, applications, and technical platforms.

• Perform data analysis to identify and resolve data quality issues.

• Facilitate project planning and requirements gathering as needed.

• Ensure reliability and functionality of assigned applications and systems.

• Administer and monitor application-level security.

• Perform system maintenance duties, including updates and patches.

• Assist in the implementation and support of ATM/ITM systems and projects.

• Stay informed of new software/hardware upgrades, technology, and industry trends.

• Provide technical support for OnBase/Director.

• Coordinate software/system upgrades and changes.

• Assist with process improvement efforts, ensuring adoption of best practices.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.

• Minimum of two years of experience in ATM technical operations, technical help desk, or equivalent technical position.

• Strong computer and network skills; Network+, Security+, or MSCE certifications are a plus.

• Experience with Fiserv's suite of applications and IBM Cognos or similar report writing software is a plus.

• ATM/ITM repair and equipment maintenance experience preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in financial institution technology operating environments and third-party products is highly desirable.

• Customer service experience preferred.
