Title: Business Analyst, IT Enterprise Architecture
Location: Regional Northeastern United States (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract
Description:
• The Business Analyst, IT Enterprise Architecture supports the Enterprise Architecture team in documenting and maintaining critical materials for IT planning and execution.
• This includes updating system inventories, creating strategic blueprints, and mapping customer journeys.
• The role involves close collaboration with architects and stakeholders to ensure technical and functional needs are accurately documented.
• The position may occasionally involve leading documentation projects or supporting new initiatives.
Required Skills:
• Proficient in analyzing, consolidating, and documenting complex technical systems.
• Skilled at evaluating and reconciling information from multiple sources, identifying user needs versus technical requirements.
• Experienced in collaborating with developers, architects, and IT professionals to produce detailed technical and functional documentation.
• Strong working knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio), Confluence, and Jira.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a positive team environment and influence others constructively.
• Strong customer service focus and understanding of IT delivery processes.
• Familiarity with technology fundamentals, including Microsoft-related technologies.
• Effective time management and prioritization abilities, with minimal supervision.
Desired Skills:
• Experience in industries such as aviation, including exposure to IT systems and technologies.
• Knowledge of Business Architecture principles.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and industry standards.
• Understanding of risk management and quality assurance practices.
• Experience with specialized systems or technologies relevant to customer-facing services.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $46.55-$66.50
