Currently, we have an IT Audit Manager with a bank that offers a wide range of services, including banking, trust services, financial planning, investment management, estate and legacy planning, and foundation support for its clients. The IT Audit Manager is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
- Managing the Internal Audit department staff and coordinating with co-sourced third-party vendors as assigned.
- Interviewing and training employees.
- Planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and encouraging employees; addressing complaints; and resolving issues.
- Providing effective oversight of co-sourced IT audit providers.
- Overseeing and assisting with the completion of various IT internal audits and projects to successfully execute the Internal Audit (IA) Plan.
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen internal controls and mitigate IT risks.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of six (6) years of IT audit and supervisory experience within the financial services industry, preferably including experience with a bank having assets of at least $10 billion.
- A professional designation (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE, CGEIT, etc.) is also mandatory.
- A strong understanding of internal auditing standards, IT governance, and regulatory compliance is required.
