Summary of Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Functions
- Technical Possess extensive experience integrating software development skills with a strong focus on IT analysis and support.
- Utilize PostgreSQL and SQL to write basic queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to our customer service solutions.
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Provide support and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of our technology platform.
- Manage tasks and timelines using project management tools such as JIRA.
- Methodology Demonstrate deep expertise and knowledge in IT standards, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrate and evangelize a passion for process and methodology through daily actions.
- Display a basic understanding of project management methodology and product knowledge in the design of processes/governance.

Education or Prior Work Experience
