Job Description:
- Technical analysts communicate with stakeholders to understand their technical needs.
- They develop and analyze functional specifications, and they coordinate with developers to build and implement technology solutions.
- Technology analysts design efficient technology systems that meet business and technology needs.
- Technical analysts are responsible for analyzing technical information and aligning it to the business strategies and procedures in meeting project goals.
- Ability to capture various levels of detailed requirements (business requirements, system requirements, data requirements, etc).
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts/constraints to business users.
- Ability to capture and translate business logic into technical design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, technical writing experience.
- Experience with project management tools such as ADO, Jira, Microsoft Project.
- Experience with identifying and writing Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Familiar with Agile and Kanban framework.
- Experience working with API requirements and/or application integration projects
