Location:
This is a hybrid role. The resource will be required to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week in either the New York, NY, Holmdel, NJ, or Bethlehem, PA office. This is NOT a remote position and we are only interested in local candidates. Approximately 20% travel will be required to other office locations as needed.
Duration:
This is a a contract to hire role. There is the possibility of the resource being converted to a full time employee anytime between 3-6 months. We will NOT accept H1B candidates since this is a contract to hire.
Role Description:
As part of our Strategy, Advancement, Governance and Execution team at Client, you will have the opportunity to learn from and network with peers across EBTS. In the Advancing Workforce Emerging Learning Initiatives Role you will support the strategic development of new technical learning paths and capabilities. You will be an active player in this crucial department and have opportunities to flex and grow. You will collaborate and work closely with leadership teams across the EBTS enterprise to ensure new learning paths and capabilities align to leadership needs. You will also collaborate with our HR partners along with training and development teams to share information and maintain alignment. The ideal candidate will have technical learning development experience, a growth mindset and the ability to influence.
You will:
" Identify and Develop new technical learning paths for technical roles and capabilities including but not limited to; Digital Dexterity, AI, Data, Cloud, Security and emerging technologies
" Partner with managers and senior leadership to understand their needs and align learning paths and productivity enhancements accordingly
" Develop change management and communication plans inclusive of adoption strategies
" Develop the continuous feedback strategy for each learning path to ensure learnings are always kept up to date
" Develop assessments for measuring pre and post learning needs
" Develop measurable KPI's around learning effectiveness and adoption
" Develop and implement a reporting strategy for tracking learning effectiveness
You Have:
" BA/BS required, Experience in technology is highly desired
" 12+ years of work experience
" 8+ years experience developing technical learning content and capabilities
" Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is a must
" Experience leveraging data to influence decision making outcomes
" Proven ability to foster change, influence leadership and build relationships with all colleague levels.
" Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple, complex, competing priorities in a fast paced environment
" Demonstrated ability to communicate with various audience levels.
