SYSTEMTEC is seeking to hire an IT Business Analyst
Hybrid / Onsite – Columbia, SC - 3 days onsite per week and as needed
Required Qualifications of the IT Business Analyst:
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a job-related field or Associate's and 2 year job related work experience.
• 6 years in organizational development, business analysis, process improvement (e.g. six sigma and reengineering), corporate/strategic planning, financial analysis, or business systems analysis
• Defining customer needs in technical and business contexts. Ensure the proposed technical and business solutions meet the customer's objectives for the work effort
• Expert level skills in at least one of the following: Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Access, SQL, and Python
• Preferred - A financial or finance background
Responsibilities of the IT Business Analyst:
• Responsible for day-to-day operational tasks, training, project management, and data analysis to include reporting, designing, coding, or maintaining databases. Prioritizes initiatives to meet time constraints and adjust to business conditions. Manages assigned project tasks, and negotiated deadlines based on requirements.
• Creates interactive analytical tools and dashboards to deliver operational and financial performance insights. • Learns new tools and skills to troubleshoot issues. Apply scalable tools and analytical techniques to respond to business questions. Documents processes, assumptions, and criteria for solutions
• Work Location: Hybrid Onsite - Columbia, SC - 3 days onsite per week and as needed
