About the role
This is a key role serving one of CBRE's largest clients in the field of agricultural innovation.
The purpose of this position is to provide quality control oversight of fertigation delivery to a greenhouse while also interacting with the end user on a regular basis to ensure successful delivery of services.
What you'll do
+ Daily monitoring of EC/pH and nutrient delivery numbers both at initial fertigation source and at final product delivery. Review monthly QAL reports on nutrient delivery and address any deficiencies identified.
+ Complete irrigation system hardware change requests.
+ Daily Greenhouse and growth chamber walkthroughs to ensure irrigation infrastructure is functioning properly. Daily visual observations of controlled growth environment plant material, relaying any concerns to the necessary partners.
+ Argus system programming and change verifications as needed.
+ Attend key meetings as a CBRE representative for irrigation delivery.
+ Collaborate with customers and team members as needed to address requests or concerns related to controlled growth environment irrigation and plant growth performance.
+ Other duties as may be assigned.
What you'll need
+ Strongly prefer Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Biology, or related discipline.
+ 2-4 years experience in a related field, including irrigation and fertilization in greenhouse settings. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
+ Hands-on experience with Argus controlled environment monitoring system or similar
