IP Litigation Associate - Vanguard-IP

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements include a technical or scientific background with experience in litigation. Candidates must have superior communication skills and ability to work with clients. Prosecution experience and knowledge of the ITC is a plus. The candidate should be admitted to practice before the USPTO.
