Focus:

• Support IP litigation through drafting, research, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Engage in cross-functional teamwork with colleagues, external counsel, and clients to devise and deploy winning IP legal solutions.
• Oversee intellectual property disputes encompassing patent validity, trade secret misappropriation, copyright violations, and trademark enforcement.
• Conduct technical analysis and provide insights related to IP matters, especially within the fields of technology, healthcare, and financial services.
• Engage in client communications, deliver updates, and offer strategic guidance on ongoing cases.

Skill Set:

• Successful candidates will have a minimum of three years' litigation experience in a law firm, in-house, or other relevant legal capacity.
• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• STEM background highly valued.
• Proven track record of successfully navigating intricate intellectual property issues, spanning innovation protections, confidential information, creative rights, and brand identifiers.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and compelling communicator, capable of making legal expertise understandable.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Active engagement in law school, such as participation in moot court, law review, or relevant legal societies, is highly desirable.
