Job Title: iOS Service Delivery Engineer
Location Cincinnati / Chicago Onsite

1. Deployment Management:
- Coordinate and manage the deployment of iOS applications, ensuring a smooth and timely release process.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment workflows and optimize release cycles.
2. Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to iOS applications promptly.
- Implement preventive measures to minimize potential service disruptions.
3. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing of iOS applications to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with QA teams to address and rectify reported bugs or issues.
4. Client Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between clients and development teams, understanding client requirements and ensuring their successful implementation.
- Provide technical support and consultation to clients, ensuring a positive user experience.
5. Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of iOS applications, implementing optimizations as needed.
- Proactively identify potential performance bottlenecks and work towards continuous improvement.
Requirements
1. Technical Proficiency:
- Strong expertise in iOS development, including Swift and Objective-C.
- Familiarity with iOS frameworks and tools for app deployment.
2. Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
3. Problem-Solving Skills:
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges.
4. Collaboration:
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Client Focus:

- Previous experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
