About the Job
- Review and edit invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with organization policies
- The Invoicing Coordinator will assist in preparation and processing of invoices
- Maintain and update invoicing records and databases
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve invoicing discrepancies
- Assist in reconciliation of accounts and preparation of financial reports
- As an Invoicing Coordinator, you will support implementation of process improvements to enhance invoicing efficiency
- Provide administrative support to team as needed
Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree a plus
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proven experience in an accounting/finance role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's) and ERP systems
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
