Investor Relations Coordinator
Salary Range: $150k to $180k
Summary:
The Investor Relations Coordinator will support the companys financial communication efforts by fostering strong relationships between the organization and the investor community. This role involves executing the investor relations strategy, coordinating key events, and ensuring clear, transparent communication with investors and stakeholders.
Essential Job Functions:
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a primary liaison between the company, its parent company in Japan, and the public on financial matters, ensuring clear and accurate communication.

Promote a positive public image for the organization, focusing on investor engagement and corporate transparency.

Organize financial analyst meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics coordination, and support for questions before, during, and after meetings.

Plan and coordinate the companys annual shareholder meeting, including logistics, agenda development, and press coverage arrangements.

Assist in producing quarterly and annual shareholder reports, providing stakeholders with relevant financial updates.

Develop, manage, and update investor relations materials, including earnings reports, presentations, and meeting documents.

Maintain and track investor and meeting databases, generating relevant analytics and reports for the Investor Relations and executive teams.

Monitor and report on investor feedback, stock performance, ownership analysis, and competitive intelligence.

Prepare messaging for investor events such as conferences, roadshows, and earnings calls.

Stay informed about key business trends and metrics to support investor discussions and executive decision-making.

Conduct competitive and strategic analyses of industry trends, company performance, and market dynamics to keep management informed of investor perspectives.

Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and support analyst and investor events.

Ensure compliance with disclosure and communication policies related to financial and metric requests.

Perform financial modeling and analysis related to the company, industry, and competitors, as needed.

Manage relationships with investor relations vendors to optimize resources and ensure smooth operations.

Support the earnings process by preparing materials, coordinating Q&A, and managing logistics for earnings calls.

Maintain and update the Investor Relations section of the company website to ensure accurate and current content.

Assist in planning and executing non-deal roadshows and investor conferences.

Manage the Investor Relations team budget and vendor relationships.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

Experience: At least 5 years of semiconductor investor relations experience.
Tools and Equipment:

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with communication tools such as Microsoft Teams or equivalent.

Experience with financial data analysis and investor relations software and platforms.

Use of standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and projectors.

Frequent driving and occasional overnight travel by car or plane are required.
