Today, the firm manages over $10 billion of industrial transportation assets with office locations in NYC, Chicago, St. Louis and Paris. Job Description:
ITE’s Investor Relation’s team is seeking a highly motivated individual who has excellent attention to detail, responsiveness and communication skills and importantly, works effectively in a dynamic, collaborative team environment. Associates will help prepare all materials associated with supporting investor accounts, helping respond to investor questionnaires and questions accurately and in a timely manner, facilitating quarterly investor reporting, preparing/updating materials on a regular basis and assisting with due diligence efforts (including due diligence questionnaires, request for proposals and frequent ad hoc requests.) They will be working closely with other internal groups, so communication and teamwork is critical. Associates are cross functional point people within the team and will be required to effectively communicate with senior leaders at the firm, investors, consultants and external service providers, including the fund administrator. Key aspects of the role include database analysis and CRM management.
The candidate will be part of a small team with a lot of responsibility and play a key part in the growth of the firm, funds, and team, and will have an opportunity to develop broad-based skills across the Investors Relations team. This is a newly created role reporting to the head of Investor Relations and ultimately to the Head of Capital Formation and Investor Relations and will directly support capital retention and fundraising efforts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update materials for investment offerings in partnership with the investment, finance, and legal/compliance teams
· Facilitate and track investor requests including requests for proposals, due diligence questionnaires and other frequent ad hoc requests; Leverage portfolio database (PowerBi) to enrich presentations and analysis
- Create prep materials for team ahead of investor meetings
- Act as secondary coverage for the senior team’s investor relationships, which includes participating in investor calls/meeting and follow-up
- Create and manage database of investor questions and responses
- Log, track, and report on investor activity in the team’s CRM system (Investor Flow)
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings and calls
- Liaise with various internal teams to create new content, materials, reporting when needed
Salary Range:
- Estimated base salary range for this position is: $90,000-$120,000. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and minimum 3-5 years’ direct experience in investor relations at an alternatives fund.
- Extremely detailed oriented and highly organized
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Highly responsive and professional with a client-service demeanor
- Demonstrated experience in applying investment analysis and producing content
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take ownership in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
