This position is eligible for remote work. This role will have occasional on site expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare material for quarterly earnings calls, press releases, management scripts, and Question & Answer documents.
- Actively monitor and analyze peer announcements and financial performance.
- Track the macroeconomic landscape to ascertain competitive trends, and latest developments within the broader consumer retail industry.
- Support the Head of Investor Relations and Director of Communications in providing the Executive Committee and Senior Leadership Team with updates on peers and market trends, including press releases, earnings calls, and helpful research reports.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive management reporting dashboard with updated consensus estimates, stock recommendations and valuation metrics, shareholder metrics and other financial indicators for the company and peers.
- Organize and coordinate logistics for company and sell-side hosted events including meetings, conference calls, non-deal road shows, conferences, and/or Analyst days.
- Actively maintain the Investor Relations section of the company website in coordination with external vendors, ensuring that all disclosures, presentations, and company information is accurate and current.
- Participate in calls with investors and sell side analysts along with the Head of Investor Relations, educating them on the company’s strategic initiatives and providing an update on financial results and guidance
- Work on analyses for the executive leadership team and/or Board of Directors
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have 1-2 years of experience working in Investor Relations, and/ or Investment Banking and/ or equity research.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally.
- Must have the ability to work independently and complete projects with limited supervision.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Must have strong written and verbal skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Must understand financial statements and key metrics.
- Must understand Capital markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Consumer, internet, retail experience
- Knowledge of accounting principles
Education/ Licensing/Certification:
Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field is required. CFA and/or MBA, Finance preferred.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
