Investor Relations Administrative Assistant - Ultimate Staffing Services

Ultimate Staffing is working with a leader in the financial services industry located in the Greenwich, CT area who is looking to bring on a new Investor Relations Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time onsite role located in Greenwich, CT and is a direct placement opportunity.

Base salary $65,000-75,000

• Support Investor relations management with projects including preparing decks for investors, tracking investor calls and meetings.

· Preparing meeting materials (presentations etc.).

· Manage calendars, appointments, telephone calls, scheduling conferences, and company events, processing expenses and making travel arrangements.

· Excellent client service skills and written, verbal communication skills

· Experience in financial services and event planning a plus but not required.

· Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment and have attention to detail and follow through.

· BA/BS preferred.

· Knowledge of Microsoft office.

· 5+ years of administrative experience.
