We are excited to welcome a motivated and passionate individual to our team as a Real Estate Agent.

Since 2019, our committed team of 15 agents has successfully assisted over 1,000 clients across Denver, Idaho, and San Diego.

Our robust training program is designed to help new agents flourish within their first 90 days. We offer in-depth training, mentorship, and a wealth of resources to ensure your success.

Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly  - A proven process to closing deals
• Conduct two open houses monthly 
• Run deal analysis of on-market and off-market properties
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers

Qualifications

You are an experienced investor yourself - owning a house hack, short-term rental or other types of investment properties. Our investor clients are looking for a coach, guide & mentor who walks the talk of real estate investing.

We will provide you the tool kits so you can apply your passion for real estate investing to a proved system to build a client base of investor clients.
