About the role
Our team is seeking a hard-working Investment Sales Analyst. The successful candidate will work on technology-driven solutions to improve our transaction processes, increase productivity, and support the team's initiatives in the vibrant and fast-paced real estate sector.
What you’ll do
+ Assist with financial modeling and analysis of prospective transactions.
+ Use AI and machine learning tools to enhance productivity and accelerate deal processing.
+ Conduct market research and analysis to support deal origination and execution.
+ Maintain and handle our CRM system and other databases, while participating in client meetings, preparing materials and delivering presentations as needed.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with teams (e.g., sales, legal, operations) to streamline workflow and processes.
What you’ll need
+ Bachelor's Degree in business, real estate or related field required.
+ 0-2 years of related work experience is required. Real estate, investments, banking or sales support is helpful.
+ Real Estate Sales License preferred but not required.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely and courteous service to customers. Ability to write reports and effectively present information.
+ Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions.
+ Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving many options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Knowledge of ARGUS preferred. Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational skills required.
+ Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and timelines. Responsible for setting own project timelines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
