Job Summary:

The Investment Banking Analyst - Industrials will play a crucial role in supporting our industrials team with financial analysis, deal execution, and market research. Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and execution of transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises.

• Monitor ongoing industrial market developments and their financial implications for clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field with a strong academic record.
• 0-3 years of experience in investment banking, preferably with exposure to the industrial sector.
• Proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical tools.
• Strong understanding of the industrial market, including key drivers, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
