Qualifications and responsibilities for this Investigative Structural Engineer position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited university (Master’s preferred).
• 5-8 years of experience in design, drafting, consultation, and investigation of buildings.
• Proficiency in Enercalc, AutoCAD, and ideally Revit.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred; EIT will be considered.
• Ability to perform site visits, draft plans, and work with contractors and architects.
• Investigative structural work including repairs, remodels, and renovations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and direct client coordination.

Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus quarterly bonus opportunities.
