Job Summary: Storm Creek is seeking a motivated and analytical Inventory & Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations, enhancing inventory management, and ensuring the smooth flow of products from manufacturers to customers. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support our commitment to product quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Forecasting and Planning
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to generate accurate demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to establish inventory requirements and replenishment plans.
- Create and maintain weekly and monthly reports for inventory forecasting management
Shipping and Logistics
- Ensure all shipments are arranged and tracked
- Continually seek logistics/freight/shipping cost savings
- Secure/negotiate optimal freight rates and manage relationships with vendors
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock to meet customer demands while minimizing overstock situations.
- Implement inventory control processes, including cycle counts and ABC analysis, to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.
- Work with the design team to manage the creation of UPCs, Color Codes, etc. From product development stage to live items in our ERP system.
- Manage data integrity and product status of the full line on a consistent basis.
- Work closely with the product development/design team through development cycles to maintain project timelines, deadlines, and product cost management
- Initiate factory/vendor communications related to pricing if needed
Supplier Relationship Management
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement within the supply chain.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain and inventory management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency.
- Database development and enhancements.
Process Improvement
- Continuously assess and improve supply chain processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement process enhancements that drive sustainable and eco-friendly practices.
Risk Management
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor global events and trends that may impact the supply chain and develop contingency plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in supply chain and inventory management software and tools. Experience with FileMaker Pro a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional projects and manage relationships with vendors.
- Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices is a plus.

Teammates may also be eligible for 10 to 20 days of vacation (depending on tenure), 6 days of ESST, 8 volunteer hours, and company holidays (plus one floating holiday per year). Starting salary $70,000 - $85,000.
