Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive and cohesive team environment, minimizing conflict and encouraging professional growth.
- Understand team needs and demands, acting as a bridge to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop, implement, or refine inventory control structures to enhance efficiency and accountability.
- Oversee the operations of two tool cribs, leading five Tool Crib Attendants and one Maintenance Materials Specialist.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance scheduling to optimize operational efficiency.

- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams.

- Familiarity with SAP and DWS (Inventory Control Systems), although not mandatory, will be highly regarded.
- Experience in the automotive sector and maintenance roles will be considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated capability to guide, mentor, and discipline teams confidently and constructively.
