Job Title: Inventory Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor inventory best practices and standard operating procedures for the store.
• Train staff on inventory management processes for both front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities, including receiving, counting, and ordering.
• Facilitate regular inventory audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacy team to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.
• Experience in inventory management or retail operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in inventory management software.
