Job Title: Inventory Management Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor inventory best practices and standard operating procedures for the store.
- Train staff on inventory management processes for both front end and pharmacy.
- Support pharmacy inventory management activities, including receiving, counting, and ordering.
- Facilitate regular inventory audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with pharmacy team to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.
- Experience in inventory management or retail operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software.
