TalentOne Recruitment and Staffing agency is currently searching for an Inventory Specialist for the city of Bell, CA.
This is a Long Term Temp-to Hire Position.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:30am - 4:00)
Payrate: $19hr - $20hr

Requirements:
- Inventory Control Experience.
- Forklift Certified (stand-up/Sit-down).
- Advance Microsoft Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, reports, and advance formulas.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, NetSuite, Advance computer skills.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Experience with 5s, KPI/SOP.
- Basic Math.
Duties:
- Data Analysis.
- Develop replenishment strategies to maintain stock to optimal levels.
- Implement and oversee inventory counting procedures, conduct cycle counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory levels, transactions, and any issues or discrepancies.
- Generate and share regular reports with management.
- Use inventory management software effectively.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as safety standards, lean manufacturing and 5s.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through inventory optimization, including reducing obsolescence or shrinkage.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
