About the Job
- Position Summary (Stephens Memorial Hospital)
- Responsible for the coordination of inventory optimization for multiple departments -across multiple facilities within MaineHealth. The ISC will support and implement key supply chain initiatives and safety practices as appropriate and demonstrate MaineHealth core values when interacting with co-workers, patients, and their families.
- Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High School diploma or college coursework preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Previous Supply Chain operational expertise such as floor stocking, buyer, warehouse distribution preferred.
- Specialized training in material management field strongly desired.
- Experience with computer based materiel management systems required.
- Working knowledge of Office Suite – Word/Excel/Powerpoint required.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and work efficiently with a variety of computer applications required.
- Oral and written communication needs to be professional, clear and concise.
- Must be able to travel among company sites as needed.
