Inventory Planner III - US Tech Solutions, Inc.

Job Description:

• Strong execution of data and processes is required.
• The successful candidate must possess the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and encourage cross-functional and cross-business project development.

 
Responsibilities:

• Assist in data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.
• Manage inbound shipments: PO tracking & maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communications.
• Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.
• Execute on a variety of purchase orders, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports.

 
Experience:

• They must be highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software like Excel.
• The successful candidate must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and be able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously
• 1-2 years’ experience

Skills:

• The successful candidate must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and be able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.
• Processing packages 8 hours a day and should not be bored with that work.
• Problem-solving experience in their background and be willing to work thru problems cause may not have easy items to process.
• Having Excel BG is a plus but not required. 
• Good communication skills

 
Education:

• HS Degree
