As the Inventory Manager at Titan Security Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for managing the reception desk team and uniform team, as well as overseeing inventory and uniform processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset to effectively manage multiple tasks and teams simultaneously.
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
Manage Reception Desk Team:
- Supervise and provide guidance to the reception desk team to ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff.
- Schedule and coordinate coverage for the reception desk, including breaks and lunch periods, to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
- Train new reception desk staff on company policies, procedures, and phone etiquette.
Supervise Uniform Team:
- Lead the uniform team in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and availability of uniforms for staff.
- Oversee uniform inventory levels, ordering, and distribution to ensure all staff have appropriate attire as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of uniforms and address any quality or sizing issues.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of office supplies, equipment, and other inventory items.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary to prevent shortages.
- Develop and implement efficient inventory management processes to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
Uniform Processes:
- Develop and maintain standardized procedures for uniform distribution, collection, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure compliance with uniform policies and address any concerns or discrepancies.
- Continuously assess and improve uniform processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing uniform or apparel processes is a plus.
- Experience in managing inventory and operational processes is a plus.
