Job Title: Inventory Management and Deployment Coordinator
Job Location: Saint Louis, MO (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract - 4 months
Job Responsibilities:
- Owns day-to-day execution tasks for assigned Beyond Beer brands within the Anheuser-Busch portfolio. Tasks include shipment management, maintaining wholesaler inventory levels, and reducing supply chain obsolescence
- Specializes in the execution of shipments out of Production (origin) locations and Distribution Centers to destination
- Acts as Beyond Beer brand liaison to the transportation team to ensure shipments leave the origin facility on time and are delivered to the destination location within permissible transportation requirements.
- Owns tracking and reporting of ordered product and forecasted product to wholesalers
- Actively participates positively to execute, support, monitor, and achieve Logistics Planning KPIs and goals
- Participate in cost optimization initiatives such as shipping through a distribution network and optimization of outbound weights to reduce Variable Logistics Costs
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of Logistics experience
- Excellent communication skills (Email, Zoom, and Teams) are essential
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management/Operations, Business or Engineering
- Strong teamwork & problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with excellent follow-up skills
