POSITION SUMMARY
The Inventory & Fleet Services Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse, fleet, and building maintenance teams. This position ensures seamless inventory management, effective purchasing, and proactive loss prevention strategies while supporting Perma-Seal’s mission to Make the World a Better Place. By maintaining the integrity of our assets, this role helps ensure that the Tribe has the tools and resources needed to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Pay Scale
$80,000 - $90,000 per year

The Inventory & Fleet Services Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse, fleet, and building maintenance teams. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Inventory Management: Ensures accurate inventory tracking, proper stock levels, and timely replenishment of materials and equipment. Establishes and maintains processes for inventory accuracy and audits to prevent loss or discrepancies. (Fishbowl system experience a plus, but not required.)
- Purchasing: Manages vendor relationships and negotiates pricing to secure the best value on materials, supplies, and equipment. Works collaboratively with leadership and other departments to forecast and fulfill purchasing needs.
- Loss Prevention: Develops and implements strategies to minimize inventory shrinkage, maintain asset security, and promote accountability across the warehouse and field services teams.
- Fleet Services: Oversees the maintenance, registration, and optimization of the company’s fleet of vehicles. Ensures vehicles are safe, reliable, and compliant with all regulations.
- Building Maintenance: Leads the team responsible for the upkeep of our corporate facility, ensuring a safe and productive working environment. Manages maintenance schedules, service requests, and vendor partnerships.
- Leadership & Development: Provides direction, coaching, and support to the warehouse, fleet, and maintenance teams. Fosters a positive, high-performance culture aligned with Perma-Seal’s values.
- Proven experience in inventory management, fleet services, or facilities maintenance leadership.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead diverse teams.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with other departments.
- Experience with procurement processes, vendor management, and cost control strategies.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to warehouse, fleet, and building maintenance.
