Inventory Counter / Reach Truck Driver - Spherion

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Counter to join our manufacturing warehouse team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory records by conducting regular inventory checks, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
*This position requires recent Reach Truck experience within the past 6 months*

Work schedule: 6:30am - 3:00pm (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Verify inventory levels by reconciling physical counts with system records.
- Pick orders using reach trucks and ticket pick lists.
- Document inventory counts and adjustments accurately.
- Perform inventory audits and assist with full inventory processes as needed.
- Provide on-the-floor support for resolving inventory issues and discrepancies.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and safety standards.

Working hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility to operate and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to multitask and maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Experience resolving inventory discrepancies and providing floor support.
- Comfortable in a Fast-paced manufacturing warehouse environment.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of Reach Truck experience within the past 6 months
- Experience operating reach truck forklifts.
- Ability to recognize and read location codes, date codes, and product codes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
