About the Job
This individual will provide complete and accurate reporting of movements, daily inventory, and production reports. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be responsible for packages and marketing samples for shipment in accordance to federal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Manage inventory/stock levels and production reports;
- Process Shipping & receiving paperwork;
- Prepare and package out going inventory;
- Check incoming inventory paperwork and report corrections;
- Maintain warehouse: labels, cleanliness, etc.
- Inventory counts (cycle counts & full physicals)
- Communicate changes/discrepancies;
- Create & manage orders/purchase orders/invoices;
- Inspection & reports of equipment used;
- Will communicate paperwork changes/corrections to branches and customers;
- Other duties as required.
What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?
- High School or equivalent required;
- Specialized training or 1 year of college preferred;
- 1 to 3 years of Inventory experience;
- Advanced computer skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Strong organization skills;
- Self-starter with great attention to detail.
- Willing to work as an individual as well as a team.
