Inventory Coordinator Needed!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Perform shipping and receiving duties.
- Verify and keep accurate records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare items for shipment including packing, wrapping, and moving materials.
- Determine the appropriate method for shipment utilizing the Nav software system.
- Unpack, examine, and route incoming shipments, record damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with the shipper to notify them of damages and shortages.
- Assist the field manager with scheduling installation projects as required.
- Assist the field manager with assigning technicians to certain projects as required.
- Assist the field manager with part deliveries when appropriate.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 1 year of experience operating forklifts.
- The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- PREFERRED: Forklift experience in a warehouse environment
- PREFERRED: Shipping and/or receiving experience with operating knowledge of bill of lading, material shipping orders, packing slips, and other freight bills.
- Excellent attention to detail skills to be careful about details and thorough in completing tasks, detecting problems, and reporting information accordingly.
- Good written communication as appropriate for the needs of the audience, including reading comprehension to read and interpret documents.
- Solid computer proficiency with an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office & Windows based programs.
- Must be extremely reliable, responsible, and dependable to fulfill obligations.
- Practice adaptability, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
- Engage and support Cennox's safety culture and efficient operation of the business and maintain positive working relationships with employees across the organization.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach freely.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Must have good hand/eye coordination.
- Vision correctable to 20/20.
- Finger dexterity for the use of applicable tools.
