As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will monitor and maintain the accuracy and adequacy of Operating Company inventories. The Inventory Control Specialist compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies.

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will monitor and maintain the accuracy and adequacy of Operating Company inventories. The Inventory Control Specialist compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Research and process various inventory related reports.
- Correspond and interact with other departments to provide support and address matters related to inventory.
- Coordinate, evaluate, assemble, and process returned products.
- Investigate issues regarding location, quantity, and quality of product; make necessary adjustments.
- Performs driver check duties for returning drivers.
- Processes truck returns.
- Perform cycle counts throughout the warehouse; investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
- Report, repair, and address product damage in the warehouse.
- Organize, record, and reports products for donation/disposal.
- Maintains accurate records of returns/damages.
- Research, validate, and issue/deny credits per customer/sales representatives' request.
- Process customer complaints into data tracking system.
- Responds to requests from sales/purchasing representatives for inventory validation.
- Daily files/distributes documents.
