Inventory Control Specialist for camera manufacturer/distributor located in Burbank CA.
Long Term Temporary position with opportunity for Temporary to Hire paying $17-24.25/hr, depending on experience. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as duties demand. . Company will complete a background check prior to start.
This position is primarily responsible for all incoming repair units and accessories via the CRM system. Ensuring all the customer’s information is correct in the system and matches with the paperwork received. Ensuring products are accurately stored. Coordinating with external vendors and internal departments to ensure shipments are accurate.

Ensuring all the customer’s information is correct in the system and matches with the paperwork received. Ensuring products are accurately stored. Coordinating with external vendors and internal departments to ensure shipments are accurate.
Essential Functions:
- Prepare incoming components for inspection.
- Ensure the information in the system is accurate and aligned with shipments.
- Display the products on the workstation, take pictures of the products and upload them to the system.
- Log the customer’s product and accessories via the CRM program.
- Count, verify and confirm incoming materials to match the system or document stated PN or item description and quantity. Put away to correct assigned storage location. Update information to the system or tracking document.
- Process internal or external orders and generate paperwork. Pick available material from inventory location or report out-of-stock. Fulfill orders and deduct release items from the booking system.
- Update product information or status in the system to maintain records of material transaction.
- Tracks all incoming and outgoing products from our facility.
- Organize after-repair materials in the waste dump area to prepare for scrap.
- Work with the Shipping carrier to verify any lost items ex. Missing batteries, solve any complicated cases.
- Connect with the customer representative team when an issue arises.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- International/Domestic shipping handling, Return to sender package handling.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of warehouse experience with prior Check-in / Shipping / Inventory management is a must.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is a Plus.
- Associate Degree or above is preferred.
- Microsoft Office Suite, Google docs, Emails required.
- Computer proficiency required.
- The ability to count required.
- Basic math skills required.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $24.25 Per Hour
