Inventory Control Manager

The Opportunity

Our client, a national metal building product producer, has hired us to seek an Inventory Control Manager for their Eaton, OH location.

This position is responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring optimal stock levels for production, as well as overseeing stock accuracy, coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams, developing and implementing new inventory control procedures to streamline operations, managing a team of inventory staff, and developing strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

The ideal candidate will have experience:

1. Developing and enforcing inventory control procedures and best practices to ensure the availability of raw materials and products for ongoing production needs.
2. Overseeing the receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of all raw materials and finished products.
3. Developing and maintaining the appropriate raw and manufactured material inventory levels.
4. Tracking and reconciling daily balances of all manufactured goods.

Qualifications include:

1. 5+ years of inventory management experience 3+ years in a supervisory role
