About the Job
This position will contribute to the receiving and managing of inventory to meet demand forecasts. This responsibility requires a basic understanding of how to read and follow instructions/procedures, attention to detail, and the ability to interact with all levels of personnel. Additional responsibilities include coordinating administrative activities for the Colorado office, planning office events and social gatherings, and managing office areas and equipment. Works under general supervision. The location of the position is in Lafayette, CO.
Essential Job Functions include the following, but are not limited to:
· Executes inventory movements in CO’s manufacturing areas and finished goods warehouse, including physical parts transfer and data entry in the ERP system.
· Replenishes consumable parts for all manufacturing areas following the consumable Kanban system.
- Executes cycle count at all CO’s warehouses following the cycle counting plan.
· Assists in receiving responsibilities as needed.
- Works closely with purchasing, planning and production team.
- Checks office supplies, coffee and kitchen supplies inventory weekly and replenishes as needed.
In addition to the essential functions and duties listed above, all positions are also responsible for:
- Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
- Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.

Physical Activities:
Work may be active, could stand or sit for long durations and/or perform repetitious work at times. The employee may lift or move objects up to 20 pounds. Employees must grasp, manipulate, or assemble parts and components that are often very small. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, however, may be noisy at times. Must be able to wear appropriate clothing and personal protective equipment such as but not limited to masks, glasses, gloves, and specialty garments. The required PPE and training allow for the safe handling and processing of chemicals like adhesives, lubricants and solvents, and safe operation of job-related equipment and tools
Requirements
Qualifications
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management and/or inventory control.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels or the company.
- Familiarity with D365 (or other ERP system)
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong ability to multitask.
- Must be able to understand written work instructions.
- Basic mathematic and analytical skills are required.
Other:
· Assist in the planning and coordination of employee engagement events
