The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for monitoring all aspects of inventory processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. Working closely with the Purchasing manager the Inventory Control Analyst will ensure the accuracy
and integrity of the inventory and assist in completing projects to improve the overall operational efficiency of the company.

The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for monitoring all aspects of inventory processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. Working closely with the Purchasing manager the Inventory Control Analyst will ensure the accuracy
and integrity of the inventory and assist in completing projects to improve the overall operational efficiency of the company.
Job Duties
- Works closely with the Purchasing and Operations Managers to complete assigned projects
- Researches inventory related discrepancies and makes appropriate adjustments in AX under the guidance of the purchasing manager
- Coordinates and conducts daily cycle counts. Cycle counts will be reviewed monthly
- Processes all vendor and customer returns
- Audits special order locations weekly to ensure timely movement of material
- Audits Return, Quarantine, Overage, Damage, and Discrepancy bins weekly
- Documents and controls aged and damaged material
- Maintains documents and files
- Audits a minimum of 3 Purchase Orders a day
- Audits a minimum of 2 Shipments a day
- Orders supplies as needed
- Moves material as required using proper material handling equipment
- Trains personnel in necessary processes to ensure compliance with company procedures
- Assists with daily warehouse functions as required
- Follows all safety protocols and procedures
- Follows all company and department procedures
- Adapts to ever-changing priorities and customer needs
- Ensures work zone is neat and organized
- Participates in quality improvement efforts
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual a plus (English and Spanish)
- Experience with Pipe, Valves, and Fittings - a plus
- Extensive Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Excel
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
