Inventory Clerk Responsibilities:
- Communicate timely and clearly to the Manager and Customer Service, ensuring return and receiving metrics are hit.
- Respond to all incoming correspondence promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure business goals are being met.
- Placing importance on every returned order that comes back into our center to ensure metrics are kept in good standing and our brand is kept to the highest standard to our customers.
- Refurbishing items to the highest quality standard.
- 2-4 Years of Relevant Experience in Warehouse Lead, Returns, Receiving, etc.
- Must be computer literate
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail
- Capable of lifting 75lbs routinely throughout the workday
- Ability to stand for 95% of the workday
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Problem Solving Skills
