Job Posting: Warehouse Inventory Associate

Adecco is assisting a local company in Winchester, VA with hiring an Inventory Associate. As part of their manufacturing studio team, you will play a direct role in framing and assembling beautiful, custom pieces from online and retail orders. This includes preparing art, textiles, and photos, as well as measuring, mounting, framing, and packaging. Our work is precision-based, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, as we strive to exceed expectations with every frame. As a Warehouse Inventory Associate, you will be essential in managing inventory, supporting production, and ensuring smooth operations across the floor.
Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials, ensuring items are in their correct storage areas.

• Inspect deliveries for damages, shortages, and quality issues, report issues to Leadership.

• Transport raw materials to production workstations as needed.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and produce activity logs.

• Adhere to company policies and promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday through Friday 4:15pm-12:45am

• Pay: $18.00/hr.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
